{"id":219,"date":"2024-11-29T12:55:05","date_gmt":"2024-11-29T12:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/livodbeauty\/?page_id=219"},"modified":"2026-04-06T23:18:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T23:18:24","slug":"store-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/livodbeauty.com\/?page_id=219","title":{"rendered":"Studio Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Livod Beauty Studio Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Booking &amp; Deposit Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Your deposit goes toward your total on the day of your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Deposits are transferable one time when rescheduling is done within the allowed window (see Rescheduling).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cancelling with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice may require a new deposit to rebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand life happens\u2014rescheduling is allowed with boundaries to protect our time and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice and your deposit will<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Rescheduling with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice results in forfeiting your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If you reschedule, your new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original date. After 30 days, the deposit expires, and a new deposit is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 No rescheduling will be accepted via social media comments. Please use the booking link, email, or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 No-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment to book again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(see Late Arrival).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) Late Arrival Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Please arrive on time. PMU appointments are scheduled with time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If you are 10\u201315 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate, but your service may be shortened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Late arrivals for touch-ups may be cancelled first, as they rely on tight scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6) Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because PMU and beauty services involve time, products, custom work, and reserved appointments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All deposits are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds are provided for completed services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you choose to stop mid-service, the service is still considered rendered and no refund will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Packaged Services &amp; Complimentary Inclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some services may include a complimentary touch-up within a specified timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These services are priced as a complete package, not as separate or itemized sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complimentary touch-ups hold no standalone monetary value and are not treated as a second paid service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the touch-up is not used within the stated timeframe, it is forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If we need to cancel your Livod Beauty appointment due to an emergency on our end, you can choose to reschedule at a priority or receive a refund for any amount paid beyond your deposit (if applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7) Payment Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Accepted payment methods: (payment link via booking link, e-transfer, credit\/debit, cash), this includes applicable tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate booking restrictions and formal collection steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8) Touch-Up Policy (PMU)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Touch-ups are offered within a specific timeframe provided at booking and are part of maintaining optimal healed results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where applicable, a touch-up may be offered as a complimentary session within a 6-month window from the initial appointment date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complimentary touch-ups:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>must be booked and completed within the stated timeframe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are not guaranteed beyond this period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are not treated as a separate paid session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the touch-up timeframe has passed:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the session will be booked at the applicable touch-up rate based on time elapsed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pricing will depend on healed results and current brow condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Touch-up pricing depends on:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>time since the initial session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>condition of the healed work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>previous work and saturation level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Work done by another artist<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Livod Beauty may decline touch-ups\/corrections of work not originally done by us, unless brows are significantly faded and suitable for safe correction (assessment required).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9) Results &amp; Healing Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permanent makeup is a process, not a one-day outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Healing varies by skin type, lifestyle, medications, aftercare compliance, and previous PMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Color will appear stronger initially and soften as it heals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 We do not guarantee exact color retention or symmetry due to natural facial differences and skin behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Additional sessions may be required in some cases. If needed, this will be discussed transparently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10) Aftercare Compliance Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Following aftercare is required for the best healed results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If aftercare is not followed, we cannot be responsible for premature fading, patchiness, or complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Please contact us promptly if you believe something is outside normal healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11) Eligibility &amp; Medical Disclosure Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For your safety:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 You must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy\/breastfeeding status, recent cosmetic procedures, and skin treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe treatment is not safe or suitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If you arrive and are not eligible (e.g., recent contraindicated treatment), your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited due to time reserved.12) Studio Conduct &amp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12) Respect Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Livod Beauty is a premium studio experience.
