Livod Beauty Studio Policies<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

1) Booking & Deposit Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Your deposit goes toward your total on the day of your appointment.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Deposits are transferable one time when rescheduling is done within the allowed window (see Rescheduling).<\/span><\/p>

2) Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Cancelling with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice may require a new deposit to rebook.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

3) Rescheduling Policy<\/span><\/p>

We understand life happens, rescheduling is allowed with boundaries to protect our time and schedule.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice, and your deposit will transfer.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Rescheduling with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice results in forfeiting your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you reschedule, your new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original date. After 30 days, the deposit expires and a new deposit is required.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 No rescheduling will be accepted via social media comments. Please use the booking link, email, or phone.<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

4) No-Show Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 No-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment to book again.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show (see Late Arrival).<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

5) Late Arrival Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Please arrive on time. PMU appointments are scheduled with time.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you are 10\u201315 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate, but your service may be shortened.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Late arrivals for touch-ups may be cancelled first, as they rely on tight scheduling.<\/span><\/p>

6) Refund Policy<\/span><\/p>

Because PMU and beauty services involve time, products, custom work, and reserved appointments:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 All deposits are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 No refunds are provided for completed services.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you choose to stop mid-service, the service is still considered rendered and no refund will apply.<\/span><\/p>

Packaged Services & Complimentary Inclusions<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Some services may include a <\/span>complimentary touch-up within a specified timeframe<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 These services are priced as a <\/span>complete package<\/span>, not as separate or itemized sessions.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Complimentary touch-ups hold <\/span>no standalone monetary value<\/span> and are not treated as a second paid service.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If the touch-up is not used within the stated timeframe, it is <\/span>forfeited<\/span> and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If Livod Beauty must cancel your appointment due to an emergency on our end, you may choose:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 a priority reschedule, or<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 a refund of any amount paid beyond your deposit (if applicable).<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

7) Payment Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Accepted payment methods: booking link, e-transfer, credit\/debit, or cash (tax applicable).<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate booking restrictions and formal collection steps.<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

8) Touch-Up Policy (PMU)<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Touch-ups are offered within a <\/span>specific timeframe provided at booking<\/span> and are part of maintaining optimal healed results.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Where applicable, a touch-up may be offered as a <\/span>complimentary session within a 6-month window<\/span> from the initial appointment date.<\/span><\/p>

Complimentary Touch-Ups<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Must be booked and completed within the stated timeframe<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Are not guaranteed beyond this period<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Are not treated as a separate paid session<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If the touch-up timeframe has passed:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 the session will be booked at the <\/span>applicable touch-up rate based on time elapsed<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 pricing will depend on healed results and current brow condition<\/span><\/p>

Touch-Up Pricing Factors<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Time since the initial session<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Condition of healed work<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Previous work and saturation level<\/span><\/p>

Work Done by Another Artist<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Livod Beauty may decline touch-ups or corrections of work not originally done by us unless the area is sufficiently faded and suitable for safe correction (assessment required).<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

9) Results & Healing Expectations<\/span><\/p>

Permanent makeup is a process, not a one-day outcome.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Healing varies by skin type, lifestyle, medications, aftercare compliance, and previous PMU.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Color will appear stronger initially and soften as it heals.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 We do not guarantee exact color retention or symmetry due to natural facial differences and skin behavior.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Additional sessions may be required in some cases and will be discussed transparently.<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

10) Aftercare Compliance Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Following aftercare is required for best healed results.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If aftercare is not followed, we are not responsible for premature fading, patchiness, or complications.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Please contact us promptly if something appears outside normal healing.<\/span><\/p>

11) Eligibility & Medical Disclosure Policy<\/span><\/p>

For your safety:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 You must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy\/breastfeeding status, recent cosmetic procedures, and skin treatments.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 We reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is not safe or suitable.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you arrive and are not eligible, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited due to time reserved.<\/span><\/p>

12) Studio Conduct & Respect Policy<\/span><\/p>

Livod Beauty is a professional and respectful environment.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disrespect will result in immediate refusal of service and booking bans.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 We reserve the right to end an appointment if safety and respect are compromised.<\/span><\/p>

\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>

13) Communication & Response Time Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Standard response time is 24\u201348 hours (business days).<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Social media DMs are not guaranteed as an official support channel.<\/span><\/p>

14) Admin Team Authority Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Our admin team is authorized to manage bookings, deposits, rescheduling, cancellations, and policy enforcement.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Policies apply equally, regardless of who you speak with.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Any exception must be approved by management and confirmed in writing.<\/span><\/p>

15) Photo\/Video Consent Policy<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 We may take before\/after photos or videos for training and marketing.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before your appointment.<\/span><\/p>

16) Service Guarantee Boundary<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 We guarantee a clean, professional service and best-practice technique.<\/span><\/p>
