Livod Beauty Studio Policies
1) Booking & Deposit Policy
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Your deposit goes toward your total on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
• Deposits are transferable one time when rescheduling is done within the allowed window (see Rescheduling).
2) Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.
• Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit to rebook.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
3) Rescheduling Policy
We understand life happens—rescheduling is allowed with boundaries to protect our time and
schedule.
• You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit will
transfer.
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiting your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• If you reschedule, your new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original date. After 30 days, the deposit expires, and a new deposit is required.
• No rescheduling will be accepted via social media comments. Please use the booking link, email, or phone.
4) No-Show Policy
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment to book again.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show
(see Late Arrival).
5) Late Arrival Policy
• Please arrive on time. PMU appointments are scheduled with time.
• If you are 10–15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate, but your service may be shortened.
• If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
• Late arrivals for touch-ups may be cancelled first, as they rely on tight scheduling.
6) Refund Policy
Because PMU and beauty services involve time, products, custom work, and reserved appointments:
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for completed services.
- If you choose to stop mid-service, the service is still considered rendered and no refund will apply.
Packaged Services & Complimentary Inclusions:
- Some services may include a complimentary touch-up within a specified timeframe.
- These services are priced as a complete package, not as separate or itemized sessions.
- Complimentary touch-ups hold no standalone monetary value and are not treated as a second paid service.
- If the touch-up is not used within the stated timeframe, it is forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
If we need to cancel your Livod Beauty appointment due to an emergency on our end, you can choose to reschedule at a priority or receive a refund for any amount paid beyond your deposit (if applicable).
7) Payment Policy
• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• Accepted payment methods: (payment link via booking link, e-transfer, credit/debit, cash), this includes applicable tax.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate booking restrictions and formal collection steps.
8) Touch-Up Policy (PMU)
- Touch-ups are offered within a specific timeframe provided at booking and are part of maintaining optimal healed results.
- Where applicable, a touch-up may be offered as a complimentary session within a 6-month window from the initial appointment date.
- Complimentary touch-ups:
- must be booked and completed within the stated timeframe
- are not guaranteed beyond this period
- are not treated as a separate paid session
- If the touch-up timeframe has passed:
- the session will be booked at the applicable touch-up rate based on time elapsed
- pricing will depend on healed results and current brow condition
- Touch-up pricing depends on:
- time since the initial session
- condition of the healed work
- previous work and saturation level
Work done by another artist
• Livod Beauty may decline touch-ups/corrections of work not originally done by us, unless brows are significantly faded and suitable for safe correction (assessment required).
9) Results & Healing Expectations
Permanent makeup is a process, not a one-day outcome.
• Healing varies by skin type, lifestyle, medications, aftercare compliance, and previous PMU.
• Color will appear stronger initially and soften as it heals.
• We do not guarantee exact color retention or symmetry due to natural facial differences and skin behavior.
• Additional sessions may be required in some cases. If needed, this will be discussed transparently.
10) Aftercare Compliance Policy
• Following aftercare is required for the best healed results.
• If aftercare is not followed, we cannot be responsible for premature fading, patchiness, or complications.
• Please contact us promptly if you believe something is outside normal healing.
11) Eligibility & Medical Disclosure Policy
For your safety:
• You must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, recent cosmetic procedures, and skin treatments.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe treatment is not safe or suitable.
• If you arrive and are not eligible (e.g., recent contraindicated treatment), your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited due to time reserved.12) Studio Conduct &

Livod Beauty is a premium studio experience. We keep things professional and respectful.
• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward the team will result in immediate service refusal and booking bans.
• We reserve the right to end an appointment if safety and respect are compromised.
13) Communication & Response Time Policy
• Our standard response time is 24–48 hours (business days).

15) Admin Team Authority Policy
To keep everything consistent and fair:
• Our admin team is authorized to manage booking, rescheduling, cancellations,
deposits, and policy enforcement on behalf of Livod Beauty.
• Policies apply equally, regardless of who you speak with.
• Any exception must be approved by Livod Beauty management and confirmed in
writing.
16) Photo/Video Consent Policy (Content Use)
• We may take before/after photos/videos for training and marketing.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us before your appointment.
• Your privacy will always be respected.
17) Service Guarantee Boundary
• We guarantee a clean, professional service and best-practice technique.
• We do not guarantee a specific healed outcome due to skin variability, but we will guide you through realistic expectations and next steps.
